Materials: Sequoia wood
I’ve been making a wooden bowl at the end of each day I’ve been home practising social distancing because of the pandemic. I started because when I work on the lathe I am able to completely focus on the task and stop worrying and feeling anxious. This bowl, made from salvaged sequoia, is from day forty-three. Lately, I am trying to understand when and how this project will be finished. The real end of this pandemic is still a long way off. The whole collection of items, they’re not all bowls, is shown here.
